Personal Training System For Curves
I have been going to the gym for about 2 weeks now. I normally just get on the tread mill for 20-40 minutes. I may jog for a few minutes here and there. (I am not a very good runner.) What is a good workout routine to do if I want to loose a lot of weight? Should I be doing weights as well? I am kind of getting bored with my routine but I am not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be very helpful.
