hey im 16 male and im skinny, i have been working out but im not ebvn sure im doing it properly. i need something to keep me on track with the proper techniques and workouts. i looked at p90x but that just looks like its for fat people who want to lose weight. does anyone know of a workout plan or dvd set that is aimed at working out( not like yoga or any shit) i want to gain wieght.

I mean PLEASE!!! I’ve played enough football (H.S. and Div. I-AA college) to know that no strength and conditioning coach has enough juice to order 5 inactive players to make a wall inside the coaches only area. You are telling me 5 NFL players and not one questioned what the hell the strength and conditioning coach was asking them to do??? I just can’t believe it didn’t come from higher up in the jets organization. It’s also interesting that Sal wasn’t immediately fired given the devious and dangerous (not to mention the liability)…it seems the jets are just asking him to fall on his sword and keep his mouth shut. What say you???

I am currently working with our district as a swim instructor but their are no benefits and I currently do not have any health insurance, so it would be great if I could find a place to coach/teach where I would also receive health benefits. If you have ideas of places that do or if you know whether Life Time Fitness does do benefits for their swim instructors please let me know. It would be a big help.
