That is where women can workout, get strong, build muscle, stay feminine and avoid the nasty ‘roid’ remarks? I say that because I believe this endeavor receives too much negativity.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but i’ll try. They say your suppose to cycle off creatine 6 week before your contest. With all the requirements on your diet while trying to drop bf. Low carb diet etc, curious to see if it would be okay to take preworkout drink until contest day for energy for my workout. Wasn’t sure, because I know most preworkout drink have some sorta of creatine ingredient to keep you pump. Anyone????
