well the question is simple, im just wondering because sometimes (like right now), i work out at home and take my shoes off cuz i feel more confortable like that, but in the long run could it affect me in any way?

When I go to the gym, there is a sign near the Natilus weight machines that says the circuit starts here. Then there are 13 machines. I use all of them everyday for different body parts. If I am running the cirucuit, is that cardio?

I’m not looking for the minimum requirements… I know that I need to do 8 pull-ups and 42 push-ups and all of that. But what can people normally do as they’re entering basic training? And after training, how much can they do?
