2010 Santa Clara Basketball Summer Strength & Conditioning Video
I’m playing football right now and right now we’re on our black-out date from the district and we have a week off and I want to stay football ready by the time we get out pads on. My biggest concern right now is keeping stregthening my legs (I ran track and did mid-distance/sprints so my cardio is fine) for the season ahead, so I was wondering whether or not I should condition with the Cross Country team in the mornings or take up cycling? Which one strengthens the legs the fastest/strongest? (I’ll still be lifting over the break, though every other day or so). Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback but are there any more answers out there? I really appreciate the help and I’d like to get a variety of answers to work with.
