I’m 5′9″ and currently 225 lbs (last May I was 300+ lbs so this is definitely an improvement….). I workout in the gym for about 2-3 hours a day(1.5hr. for cardio, at least 1hr. weights) but I think I’m slowly hitting my plateau. I feel that I need to shock my body a little more in order to reach my goal weight of 185 lbs. so I wanted to try taking MMA classes. There’s a school about 20 min. away that teaches Kickboxing, Brazilian Jui Jitsu, and MMA specific classes. I just wanted personal opinions as I have NO fight experience whatsoever.
