No this integrates exercise equipment you already have. Like weights, a bench, ball, etc. No wii board or nunchuck is required. All you really need is the Wii and a Wiimote.

I agree completely. With the My Fitness Coach, you get a more intense workout. Much more than any other game offered on any console. It is the only one I recommend.

I see a lot of people wanting to compare this game with the wii fit it is so much better and i love you for posting this video. I use Maya and loved it so much I gave a copy to my best friend and had my boyfriend try it. They both love it, I’ve been with her since ps2. It’s like you get the benefit of working out at home but the custom workout like you had a trainer, I don’t know what I would look like with out Maya.

No it does not. Although it does integrate jogging and running in place into workouts. This is more or less a virtual work out video with a much smarter interactive interface.
