Not exactly true. I had been a valet at a casino where we jogged in spurts or ran when busy in spurts for our shift. I was in great shape with wonderful blood pressure but when it can to running for long distances I was ok but not great. The bottom line is that you have to train for what your going to do. When I started to jog for more than five or six minutes my mind and body said ‘arn’t you suppose to stop?’ Short spurts work for most sports but is not the end all be all.
yes he is but I think he’s dead wrong to eliminate squats from his training program. This being the first year he’s trying it and I think his experiment will be a failure and hope he’s man enough to admit it.
