    @DrewGymRat Certainly well defended, and a neutral neck into an arched (not rounded) back is perfectly fine and good!

    I would add that with the young athletes (football players) have to get in that bowed neck position a lot during games to protect from impact injuries – plus they still need work on a good arch and the eyes up helps that.

    I have to disagree with the eyes up you said. If the eyes are up then the lower back is arched which is good BUT the neck is not straight which equals possible hyper-extension of the neck. I try to keep the neck straight with the back so eyes downish or where they fall naturally, just dont look at the weight. Nevertheless the weight these guys are using cant cause injury with bad form so whatever. Carry on! :)
