I felt like the tricep exercises were not as good as the bicep and shoulder exercises, but maybe I just didn’t use enough weight or resistance. defense-update.com – The IDF conducted today, October 12, 2010 an impressive demonstration of a battalion-size joint air ground combined arms operation which summarizes the training of officers for the land forces. The objective of this exercise is to implement the collaboration between the different branches and corps. During the exercise, training school cadets from the infantry, engineering, armored, and artillery corps performed complex combat drills and combat techniques, including urban warfare, assault breeching through anti-tank obstacles and mine fields, employing fire support by artillery and the air force, and conducting logistical support simulating casualty evacuations and aerial re-supply. For the first time the armored elements in the exercise employed the new Trophy active protection system, as part of the fielding of the first Trophy equipped Merkava 4 battalion.
