I have stopped weight training for 5 months due to injury and i have just got back into training.

I used to be bench 100kg for 4 reps before and how long will it take me to get back upto what i was lifting ?

For a long time I avoided the gym because I would spend an hr on the treadmill and never saw any changes with my body. im going to go for trials at a local club to play as a left back,what should i work on the most before i do?
speed of feet? to keep up with the wingers and make those tackles cleaner?
fitness? keep up with the game?
passing? to play at the back
