I recently took my first yoga class. It was very tiring and I was much sorer the next day than when I do weight training. I was first told that you could do weight training three days a week and then yoga in between. I’m not so sure about this though since I was so sore after the yoga. Plus it was just a regular class, not ashtanga or anything. I”m wondering if I can leave out the weight training and get fit just doing yoga.
