Started working out about a half a year ago and would like to get bigger and sustain more definition in my muscles. Tried some protein powder mix but dont know exactly which one is the best to help me with my workout routine. I am 160lbs. 5′8″,slender build. Should I buy from GNC? Thank you for all suggestions.
