Hello, I’m wondering if smoking cannabis on resting/sore days or after workouts negatively affects the muscle’s restoration. I’m not talking about lifting weights while under the influence of weed, which for some reason people apparently do, I mean when you’re done working out or taking your day off from sore muscles.

Please, don’t give me the “Drugs are bad” speeches, I enjoy it responsibly, and marijuana is one of the least dangerous drugs out there.

so for one, i take creatine (pills) and protein, i take 2 pills one before workout and one after + shake, is it OK for me to take more then 2 pills ?since i am a teen, and i will start working out twice a day so may be i will “need” to take more then 2 pills. Also i don’t have great definition but i am far from fat, to gain mass should i run everyday to gain more definition and stay in shape?
