I want to lose as much weight as possible, as quickly as possible.
I’ve been working out since november and I’ve lost 8 pounds, but I want to lose another 8.
I hardly EVER do any strength training, but should I?
should I do it with cardio, or have strength only days?
I’m 16, 4′11″ and 102 pounds if that factors into anything

I’ve been working out a lot and i know that strength training is required with any routine. My cardio consists of running, cycling, walking etc- all of which work my lower body mostly. When doing sets with weights, i usually just do the upper body. is that okay?
I am too tired after cardio to do strength training. (30-45 minutes on treadmill usually). I have tried switching to doing strength training first and I feel the same way. Can I strength train on days I don’t do cardio?
i want to lose a stone (14lbs) and tone time span doesnt matter longs its not too long
I know the main thing is to stay out of starvation mode by eating the minimum calories for the BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate). Eat more calories on Strength Training days only?
