i have applied for a place in a fitness course which covers anatomy, circuit fitness and alot of other stuff, however sadly i have been put on a waiting list and may not get into the course =[
i want to do something in soccer/football in my future and as a dream job i would LOVE to become a soccer coach or scout.

What would my options be to becoming one?

by the way there are no other courses on offer that relate to the one i applied for or to do with soccer or coaching.

I really want to be involved in something to do with people. I love helping people. I noticed that ever since I lost all the weight I did I wanted to help others do the same. I have a talent for helping others on a more motivational and emotional level. I can really understand others and help them overcome problems and achieve goals. I don’t know how to prepare myself and go about this in college. What courses would be good? I want to be like an inspiration fitness coach. Not just some a**hole who barks orders at people. I’m still not sure about this career. I’m going to be a junior in high school.

Whats the salary difference?
What is more in demand?
What is more interesting?
If you are either a massager therapist or a personal trainer please give me your personal experience.

I’m interested in going back to school for a different kind of career. I’m interested in the health and fitness field and/or a degree in Sports Medicine. I have a certification in personal training, but would like an official degree to confidently move into a specialized area of study. Any advice would be great! I could imagine myself working as a high school coach on the humble side or for a Sports team of some kind on the more extravagant side. Even physical therapy sounds interesting.

What kind of things do you need to have qualifications in? and how much is the pay?

Should I start with Online study courses like ACT, or attend a School such as CNI, or start working for a health club (Bally’s, 24 Hr Fitness, etc…) and learn by programs offered by them? Which certifications are the best recognized in the industry? I’m a middle age man looking to make a career change from an office cubicle into a fitness career.

Thanks for your input!
