My coach is doing a fitness gram for the school all week and all we do is sit at the cafeteria and talk, listen to ipods, text, whatever. What are some ways i can pass the time so it goes by a lot quicker?

Should I be doing my Ab exercises with my cardio or when I’m doing my strength training. I do cardio on different days then strength training. So which days should I do my abs on? Are they just like other muscles, requiring protein to develop and such?

If this is true then how do you explain the absolute monster bodybuilders that emerge from prison…those guys have very limited means of equipment and most definitely a pretty bad diet, yet you see men in their later 60s in better shape than a lot of people in their late 20s. Can someone explain this please because while it may be true for aerobic exercises…i dont believe that it also applys to weight training.

I’ve been doing a strength training program (3 sets of 5 reps at a high amount of weight) and i was wondering how often i should add more weight on and in what amount?

My hand was bend to the other side and now when I rotate my wrist it hurts.

Im very worried about it cos now its risky doing my bodybuilding workout also.

Please advise.

What nutrition is needed to keep going for atleast 30 minutes and do some intense workout? Are there any energy supplements? I am already researching on Creatine as protein supplement.
