I’m applying for the position of a “wellness coach” at a local fitness center. I just need a few questions somebody would generally ask about a fitness center or the position if they were applying for a job. I don’t mind answering questions but I know I might have a little trouble asking some. Throughout all my schooling I’ve learned it’s best to ask questions, even if its one, to show genuine interest for the job but during a meeting that was held tonight about the position and company, I feel all my questions were answered. I can’t think of any more. What would you ask? I really appreciate it.

Whenever I do weight training, I never come to know if my muscles have broken down. Is there any indication or some point through which I can come to know that my muscles have broken down ?
I have started working out and when I am doing strength training I find that the exercises are very easy and I feel little to no “burn” when doing them. However the next day, I’m incredibly sore. Is this normal, or am I working out incorrectly?
