P;EASE HELP
I started weight training 2 weeks ago but dont know how to vary my exercises.
I’m considering donating plasma at least twice a week. I weight train/body build 3 times a week to improve muscle mass and strength. I take protein and creatine supplements as well. Plasma is responsible for transporting water and nutrients to all the cells in the body so will weight training and body building supplementation be less effective when my body is slightly depleted and recovering from donating plasma? I would think so… please only answer if you are knowledgable about this and can give me a technical answer.. Thanks a lot!
I’m 5′1 and 141 pounds. I would like to get down to a healthy weight, but I also want to be fit and a little more muscular than the average 15 year old girl. The problem is I’m afraid of beginning strength training because I fear if I gain muscle I’ll weigh more. I’m also afraid my doctor will weigh me soon and think it’s fat. What can I do? What’s best to lose all my fat?
