Im running 3 miles a day in about 20 min then i do some pullups and pushups and some other cardio. Then i want to do some strength and conditioning at night is this ok to do monday through friday?
i here people saying do it every other day but what about mma fighters? dont they push there bodies like this everyday i think i should be fine.
