and “Training techniques set—over distance”, I’m taking WSI training and i have to make a lesson plan and i have noo idea what they are?? Lvl 6 day1??
The best bad answer get 10 points.Tell me i suck at training and need to train hard.
I dont know whats wrong with me.But whenever i get negative comments i get more and more inspirted in training longer and harder.Do you people think i have some problem.
I was thinking about trying out for college soccer next fall and i was wondering what im getting my self into. LOL! I have a couple of questions
- What do you do at practices, how long and how many times a week?
-What does the coach expect from his players?

Hey Everyone,
Just looking for some general feedback. I in the process of starting a niche Parents & Kids gym. There will be 2 rooms divided by large windows….in the kids area there will be gymnastic equipment, rock climbing wall, rope, and other fun fitness activities. The adult exercise area will consist of standard work out machines, free weights and cardio equipment. The kids will be able to see their parents working out and this would hopefully promote healthy lifestyles. Upon registration each family receives a Life Coach which will guide them through their fitness progress.
What do you think? Any comments?
