I have this stretch mark by my front shoulder and I think it’s from body building. Is it? And if so how can I treat it? Lotions, tanning, oil etc

specifically I’m not an extreme diet i eat 4 to 5 small healthy meals a day along with about 120g of whey protien supplement and I run 2 to 3 miles 3 or 4 times a week. I also do heavy weight training 4 times a week for about an hour. So will my body repair my muscles from that heavy weight even though i’m losing fat?
