I recently started body building 3 months ago and I’ve noticed I can never find anything to eat, so I just eat unhealthy things like chimichangas after a workout. I do take 100% whey protein after each workout mixed with milk. What’s a good plan that will keep my body in good shape for body building? I’m 15 years old and I’m male
My target market is 30-50 year old males and females in a jewish neighbourhood. Therefore, hardcore names would probably drive them away.
So what’s a good name that would attract such clientelle?
Bonus question: what’s a good tagline to go with it?

ive just started working out, and id like to do so 4~5 times a week for about an hour or so. i have my dumbbells and bench, is there any known routines i can use to workout abs,back,legs,shoulders,arms?
I have recently started running again. I would like to do strength/resistance training to help me become a better runner. What type of exercise can I do at home without buying expensive equipment?
I was thinking of getting one. I do cardio on an elliptical machine, but i need to work on my strength training (toning I guess?) Is wii fit a fun way to do it?
I’d also love some tips about locating a good breeder and about choosing the right pup. Thanks!

I have two nefews, age 14 & 16. I want to train with them everyday, only I know because of their age and their still developing, they cant do everything i do etc… Anyway, I wanted a book on how to train youngsters. Like a step by step thing. Where we start off small, & end up big. Any thing? Also a book on good manners & pro active behavior. Cause these kids have bad manners etc..
