That are high in protein and generally foods good for your body because im going on a shopping trip soon and id like to get all food that is good for strength training and good for my body Here is what i have so far:

I do wii fit and my fitness coach when I can. Wii fit tells me im in danger of becoming overweight. I want to eat healthier and so I need tips on doing so. What are some good things to bring in my lunch to school? How can I stop drinking soda? I just need tips on staying healthy!!! thanks!

By any I mean any of “average” build (say ~6ft ~11-15stone)
By healthy I mean with no disabilities of terminal illnesses or whatever.
By young I mean less than 25 ish.
Obviously not everyone could win world records for speed etc… but I think things like marathons should be achievable for anyone?
