That are high in protein and generally foods good for your body because im going on a shopping trip soon and id like to get all food that is good for strength training and good for my body Here is what i have so far:
V8, Different fruits, Tuna, Peanut butter, eggs, Oatmeal, Milk, and maybe some daily multivitamins does anyone else have some suggestions?

i can currently do about 5 or 6 full extension pull-ups, 60-70 crunches in 2 minutes, and i don’t know how long it would take me to rune 3 miles but i guess i’d say about 30 minutes giver or take. this is very important to me and i could use any tips or advice you have to give. thanks!

so for one, i take creatine (pills) and protein, i take 2 pills one before workout and one after + shake, is it OK for me to take more then 2 pills ?since i am a teen, and i will start working out twice a day so may be i will “need” to take more then 2 pills. Also i don’t have great definition but i am far from fat, to gain mass should i run everyday to gain more definition and stay in shape?

I am 16 and am 143 pounds. I have tried quickmass (weight gainer) religiously three times gaining only a few pounds. I’ve also been doing heavy weight training with little results. I’ve turned to a nitric oxide/ creatine product called xpand. I have been on it for a month with only a three pound increase. I have also been eating a lot to get in my calories. Would creatine monohydrate alone be a better product? Also, what workout can help me gain muscle weight?Light or Heavy weights?

My routine now is triceps, shoulders and chest, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. And Back and arms on tuesday, and Thurday.

I am planning on using Dymatize “Mega Gainer” Whey Protein for body building. I have a whole body vibration platform at home, and I am wondering if it would be helpful in any way, for example. a warm up, or a cool down. Oh and I have a home gym at home, does anybody have a recommended daily training guide?

I’m starting my coaching badges soon, and I need to get fit as I’ll be training as well, any suggestions on what I should eat and not eat and do…?
A list of excersises could help aswell thanks :)

i was told the leg machines are for more reps iv head do heavy on squats for around six reps then do machines for 15 reps i usually do 3 sets of six upper body two does it matter can i stil do this on a machine?
