Hey everyone.

Im about to follow the Insanity program, but i’d like to know when to do all the exercises. the upperbody weight training exercise, when does that come into the picture? i know its optional, but when is it supposed to be done if i wanna do that?

I have the deluxe version of INSANITY, and was wondering which days should I do the upper body weight workout, I wanna do it 2-3 times a week, but should I do it day 1,3,5 or 2,4,6.

That’s right. Ankle weights! I will try this out for 3 days or so then do a few workouts without them to see if there is much of a difference. This program is AMAZING! I took today off from swimming as I was feeling a little run down but all is good and I will go back at it tomorrow! So far the time is just flying by and I am absolutely getting stronger and my endurance is building up. My Fitness is combined with my new focus on eating fresh organic fruits and veggies plus making sure I get 2 quarts of fresh water every day. I am focusing a lot less on getting huge amounts of protein in place of more high quality complex carbs, less sugars, and overall a better dietary balance.
