what do you learn if you study to become a personal trainer? is it just about lifting weights,reps and sets? or is it a lot more than that? what can you do with a certification with PT?
I have been strength training for about 2 1/2 months and in the last 2 weeks have been jumping rope, nad being active such as basketball and football games. I also am training because I play football. My position is corner back.

I dont want to “fight” anyone, but all boxers are lean mean-machines. I am thin but would like to build some muscle and work on my fitness level, can I do this in a boxing gym without having to fight?
Also do those guys accept outsiders or people who are just in it for fitness/fun?
I just got my cert. and I need liability insurance before starting to teach a class at a different gym?
