It has the ability to do bench and inclined bench press, butterflyes, a leg lifter thing, dumbells where I can add as much weight as I want, and a thing where you can put your arms to use a curling bar (I also bought a curling bar). I also bought an excercise ball to help me do sit-ups and push-ups. Anyone know any or know of a website that can help me get started on a weight lifting and workout routine? Greatly appreciated.</p>
