I’ve always been working out on and since high school, in my basement and but never been consitant to get results.
there have been times where i would be worked out for 6 weeks3x/week and generally felt more fit
Now, I’m 24. and I’m trying to lose weight and gain strength and get a fit body..
And so far I’ve worked out at home (on the bowflex) 3 months ago and felt my body has improved got leaner in some ways
However recently, I’ve joined the gym about 3 weeks ago. I’ve done cardio 5 days of the week, weight training 3 days of the week. and the scale shows no weight loss yet 2% loss in body fat..but I do feel more fit.
THe problem is I generally look stronger and bigger then average but I feel trouble lifting weights ( core strengh ), and my strength does’t seem to be imporving or I don’t feel like I can handle the weights better. Sometime I feel I can’t lift the same amount. I’m always confused what basic strnghth program i should follow.
I was thinking of getting one. I do cardio on an elliptical machine, but i need to work on my strength training (toning I guess?) Is wii fit a fun way to do it?
www.JDFitnessCoach.com JD Fitness Coach talks about how to get that extra push when your tired
I remember at the start of last season Andy Grey saying that Ancelotti put together a strength training regime for the players, and you could see the players had bulked up and it certainly showed in their football and worked well for them. What other teams do it?

I am interested in what other men in their fifties do for high level fitness training. I have been working out throughout my adult life but I wonder how other guys have adapted their workouts.
I am very interested in the military and I really want my father to build an obstacle course for physical training in our yard. (we have enough property to build a course, he said)
What would be the best way to build an obstacle course? Are there any websites that would help me find what I’m looking for?
so pretty much, how would we go about building an obstacle course? (a difficult one, I might add)
