How much of a serving or portion do I need to eat to start losing weight? I do workout 5 days a week.
I want to just build muscle, not lose weight. I have an extremely fast metabolism. I love intense bosu ball workouts three days a week, with weight lifting integrated into workouts, and off days. So do I need to consume way more protein and calories to just build muscle and not lose weight. Anyone know what I should be consuming as far as protein and carbs and calories?????? I enjoy both and i do both, but wondering which is the quickest at strictly losing weight? Or maybe i should say at losing fat, i know you don’t lose actual weight as quickly with strength training because of building some muscle.

I’m currently looking for a DVD which will help me lose a stone and tone up my body. I’m not very athletic but i love to dance.
