3-4 days out of the week I like to do hard cardio. My choice right now is a killer strength training cardio spin class. Yes strength training. So I’m losing the belly fat doing criss cross crunches, sit ups and push ups . But which exercise is best for the lower abs . And i need to lose the thighs too and If possible lose some of the booty.
I’ve been working out a lot and i know that strength training is required with any routine. My cardio consists of running, cycling, walking etc- all of which work my lower body mostly. When doing sets with weights, i usually just do the upper body. is that okay?

I have gained weight due to a leg injury and will not be able to really do cardio off of it for a while still. Need to shed pounds without heavy cardio. Off course, I can do arm workouts. don’t know what would work best.
