Program includes customized cardio routine, weight routine and diet plan and is on a monthly basis. All exercise routines will be complete with picture and/or video demonstration and step by step verbal instruction. Not sure how much to charge people for this each month and I can’t really find an example online any where.
I lift weights and run and have been testing myself and i can almost score a 300 on the physical fitness test i just need to get my sit ups better. Im not sure how i will do mentally, but i guess no one does untill they are there.
Also, are you paying a flat monthly fee or hourly? Thanks!
I am going to start working out this week but I don’t know how much time should be spent working each area. The gym I am going to (at my college) has weights, eliptical machines, bikes, rowing machines, a track, a pool, probably more stuff than that. If I exercise an hour a day, how much time should be spent in each area? Or two hours or whatever would be most affective for weight loss.
Okay, but how much time on each thing? 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes strength, 30 minutes swimming every day?
I’ve been looking at the website, but I can’t find the information. I’ve requested info, but I want to know sooner. Anybody know or can find the link?
I tried group exercise but I am too uncoordinated. My school offers it for $35 an hour and that is really steep for me, but I might try 5 or so sessions to learn how to excercise. What do you think?
(My goal is to get muscle tone without being too muscular. I am a 22 year old woman that is mildly underweight).
I am not underweight on purpose…I am doing this to gain a little weight and muscle.
I’m trying to get in shape and whatnot… But the Prime Time Boxing (for Roseville, Ca) website doesn’t provide prices (probably because it’s WAY expensive) but I think I’m willing to spend if it’s gonna help me!
I JUST WANT A PRICE. Please, and thank you.
I would like to lose some of my excess body fat and gain more lean body mass simultaneously. What’s the best way to successfully do this? I read that giving your body time to recover in between strength training workouts is crucial. How much time is typically needed for recovery?
Can I still be doing my usual daily cardio while slacking some days on the strength training stuff?
