I’ve been working out a lot and i know that strength training is required with any routine. My cardio consists of running, cycling, walking etc- all of which work my lower body mostly. When doing sets with weights, i usually just do the upper body. is that okay?

I am too tired after cardio to do strength training. (30-45 minutes on treadmill usually). I have tried switching to doing strength training first and I feel the same way. Can I strength train on days I don’t do cardio?

My mom and I are interested in buying a wii game console, the wii fit plus, and my fitness coach 2…what all do we need for this, if there’s two people? I know we need extra controllers and things like that for some other games we’re getting, but i’m not sure about the wii fit…we ordered it off of tv, it came with a bundle pack containing the games, a mat, an aerobic step up thingy??,
