<p>I&#8217;m actually asking if one should trust workout advice from a &#8220;personal trainer&#8221;, actual or claimed, who admitted they didn&#8217;t have advice on your nutrition. I would think PT&#8217;s would be knowledgeable about nutrition as it applied to their clients or exercise.</p>
