I don’t know what this exercise is formally called, so I call it “Laying to Rest”, I saw someone on YouTube perform the exercise very well, it’s extremely difficult to do, you are supposed to keep your body still like you are laying down in the air, when I get a chance I try to practice it so that I can hold it for a few seconds long. I do strength training about 3 days a week. I work out at the very end of the day, so I usually just have a post-workout shake and go to sleep after working out. Is it more beneficial for lean muscle mass gain if I load up on calories all day prior to my workout, or on the days in between my training days?
I work out on Monday, i rest till Wednesday.
Or Work out on Monday, rest till Thursday.
2 days whole rest or just 2 days including workout day.
I would like to lose some of my excess body fat and gain more lean body mass simultaneously. What’s the best way to successfully do this? I read that giving your body time to recover in between strength training workouts is crucial. How much time is typically needed for recovery?
Can I still be doing my usual daily cardio while slacking some days on the strength training stuff?
i do running interval training on my treadmill mondays wednsdays and fridays, should i rest the days in between or still exercise?
I recently started exercising at Curves. I have been doing their hydrolics-based circuit training. How many days in a row can I do that? Should I take a few days a week off? If you do strength training too much can it cause damage?
The Curves curcuit is set up to work each body group a little big during every work out. So I am working the same muscles in each workout, but not for a long time.
