i can currently do about 5 or 6 full extension pull-ups, 60-70 crunches in 2 minutes, and i don’t know how long it would take me to rune 3 miles but i guess i’d say about 30 minutes giver or take. this is very important to me and i could use any tips or advice you have to give. thanks!

Not the My Fitness Coach, but the actual Wii fit…do you have a program or routine you setup for the Wii fit? If so, can you tell me where you found it or share it with me?

Whats a good 5 days a week weight training routine like what exercises and how many reps and all that, and what muscles i should work out on what day, I need to get bigger and stronger.( and if you know of any football websites that have all the info on football weight lifting)

hi, im 15 ive got 7 weeks of holidays and on staurdays i have a football match would this routine be good enough for me to get my fitness and football skills better?
Monday – Plyometrics, Leg workouts
tuesday – Upper Body workout (pull ups, sit up, push ups, a few weights) + Fotball skills (dribbling, shootin, headin etc)
wednesday – Plyometrics, leg workouts ( squats, lunges etc etc)
Thursday – Upper Body Workout, Football Skills
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Football Game
Sunday – Light training
(ill b eating healthy aswell)
is that a good routine?
would i need to add more? take away more stuff?

Im trying to get stronger and perform better on the court. Whats a good weight training routine? What exercises do i do? How many reps and sets? Im trying to get faster, increase agility, explosiveness, and my vertical leap.
