Just wondering what some of you do to switch up you’re routine. For bench/tricep days, usually I’ll start out with F bench, then incline, then do all my tricep workouts, then do dumbbell flyes last, but someone told me to switch it up even though I dont think its a big of a deal as he says. Just wondering youre thoughts on what I should do.
P.S. What is youre opinion on creatine and did it help you. I took it before didnt notice any difference, but everyone keeps saying it works so Im thinking about getting a cheap GNC brand
I am a female approximately 20 pounds overweight and just joined a gym. We don’t have any personal trainers around here (very small town) so I have a routine online. It consists of 30 minutes of cardio then stretching then a strength workout with weights (3 sets of 12-15 repititions). I have no idea how much I should be lifting or how often I should do this for weight loss. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Rest

Whats your thoughts? Do you think it’s good for general fitness?
Your advice would be much appreciated.
I’m a guy who likes to run; not a hardcore marathoner, but I’ll do a 5k-10k every now and then. I mostly run to keep fit, but I’ve decided I need to add in some strength training in between my running workouts. Does anyone have some suggestions on what a good routine would be to build strength and overall fitness–with the goal in mind that I’m primarily a runner, not looking to be a bodybuilder.
I just turned sixteen and will start going to the gym very soon. I am trying to rebuild the muscle i lost through very low calorie dieting, and excessive cardio. I would like most of the routine to be compound exercises and i will workout three times a week. I am 5′10,140 pounds. What is the best routine? Keep in mind that i am still growing and need something safe (i.e., not powerlifting, or reps of 5). Thanks a lot.
