I am 6 feet tall, Weigh 76 kgs., 27 year old boy from India. I am in good shape. I started muscle building from last 15 days. I want to get a very good muscular body in 3 months. Kindly guide me what should be my diet? I am from India and not very rich. So can’t afford costly food.
I have two older siblings that graduated from highschool who were athletic and won awards and records at the school. I’m the youngest now I’m a fresman in H.S. The track coach believes athletcs run in my family. I have an athletic body but I don’t care about sports I just like to be healthy and flirt with my fitness lady coach and strictly academics. My main concern is being pressured and I want to support my school.
Should I be doing my Ab exercises with my cardio or when I’m doing my strength training. I do cardio on different days then strength training. So which days should I do my abs on? Are they just like other muscles, requiring protein to develop and such?
I never ever run and the only reason why I ran the mile was for a grade in personal fitness class. My coach said if I start training and actually start running I could become very good.

Just wondering if the cardio should come first … or can you do a little cardio to warm up then do more after the strength training.
recently i got an elliptical because i wanted to get in shape and loose some weight. when i started to use it my thighs hurt so bad i had to stop after 2 minutes lol. i have never really worked out before and wanted to know how long should i do strength training and walking before i start the elliptical again. i have used an elliptical in the past at the gym and it did not seem that hard.
