Corporation sports camp helps them chase dreams

If I already have my degree Management Information Systems how would you go about getting a masters in biology to teach science in school or and coaching soccer. What would be your suggestion. So as you can tell I changed my mind after I graduated thats about it. …. they’ve all the same meaning?
what about football (soccer) player? what verb shall I use for them?
For example :
players are exercising or training or working out?
Is work out used only about in gym?
