Hey Everyone,
Just looking for some general feedback. I in the process of starting a niche Parents & Kids gym. There will be 2 rooms divided by large windows….in the kids area there will be gymnastic equipment, rock climbing wall, rope, and other fun fitness activities. The adult exercise area will consist of standard work out machines, free weights and cardio equipment. The kids will be able to see their parents working out and this would hopefully promote healthy lifestyles. Upon registration each family receives a Life Coach which will guide them through their fitness progress.
What do you think? Any comments?

Ive recently decided that i want to become a bodybuilder and compete. Ive been lifting weights since 2007 but ive never really considered bodybuilding mainly because i was heavy into powerlifting and looking like a bear lol. so im already pretty advanced when it comes to lifting weights. but now i want to start my journey into bodybuilding. i was 215 at my biggest (last summer) and have been losing weight since then and am currently now at 185, im already muscular but im struggling with my belly (of course right lol?).
as far as the going to the gym, thats nothing, i go to the gym mon-fri and i love it.
the 2 things i was concerned about and needed quick tips on was nutrition and workout routine.
NUTRITION: i eat a lot, i was a powerlifter therefore i was always on the hunt for food, so i have a little belly. question is, exactly how important is nutrition when it comes to bodybuilding? explain plz
WORKOUT PLAN: ive been doing higher reps/lower weights to burn fat and cut. how long should my workouts be? time between sets/reps. how often should i do cardio? etc… just need some quick tips please.
Am a mechanical engineer. From school days I tried to get into some sport, increase my fitness. But I got some born baldness, so teasing at school and a miserable family developed a huge complex that I almost had no confidence on anything in life. Now my job taught me a way to figure out how to live. And now I have got all the confidence in the world to everything. But I don’t wanna waste time on testing to figure out the right fitness training. My case must be little annoying. I have been drinking for 7 years and smoking for 5 years. I stopped drinking about 6 months ago and smoking 2 months ago. I’ve been to gym here and then but nothing consistent. For past 3 years I did no fitness training. But now I got a clear intention to workout on my fitness. I just want to build my fitness to a average guy with normal fitness. Can anyone suggest how to start and a little plan.
I thought I would lose, but have gained a little weight instead. My program includes equal amount of cardio and weights.
