Well this is a problem I’ve been having ever since I can remember, I myself always being embarrassed to see my little brother pop up and do dozens in one go when doing one perfect push-up absolutely kills me. I know that it can’t be a really big problem, as I can do large amounts of sit ups on one go, but push ups really kill me.

I’ve been working out more and more and getting back into really good shape for sports and the like, and I feel like this is something that could kill me in the future if I don’t do something about it soon.

So I basically need some help on things to do to get my strength up in the upper body regions, though the bad thing is that I don’t have any access to a gym or any sort of muscle builder or supplements, it being all at home.
