My coach is doing a fitness gram for the school all week and all we do is sit at the cafeteria and talk, listen to ipods, text, whatever. What are some ways i can pass the time so it goes by a lot quicker?

I’m trying to start a good workout program that I can stick with. I have a jump rope, a bicycle, and cardio dance for cardio workouts that I was going to alternate throughout the week. Plus, I have those elastic bands (never used, granted) that I have a video for to do strength/resistance training, and I was planning to do yoga and/or pilates twice a week… and I really want to know if this is a great exercise program to help lose the weight and tone muscle. Thanks!

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but i’ll try. They say your suppose to cycle off creatine 6 week before your contest. With all the requirements on your diet while trying to drop bf. Low carb diet etc, curious to see if it would be okay to take preworkout drink until contest day for energy for my workout. Wasn’t sure, because I know most preworkout drink have some sorta of creatine ingredient to keep you pump. Anyone????

so how long would it take for you to get ripped?
because at the moment i workout 3 hours and 10 minutes a day but have only started working out a week ago for 3 hours and 10 minutes but was thinking to putting it to the next gear and working out 4 hours a week. i workout at the moment 20 mins on back, 20 mins on triceps, 30 mins on abs, 40 mins on shoulders, 40 mins on chest and 40 mins on biceps.

I’ve been working out since november and I’ve lost 8 pounds, but I want to lose another 8.

I hardly EVER do any strength training, but should I?

should I do it with cardio, or have strength only days?
I’m 16, 4′11″ and 102 pounds if that factors into anything
