How much of a serving or portion do I need to eat to start losing weight? I do workout 5 days a week.

I went to bodybuilding.com and that was a horrible experience all of these different bodybuilding workouts promising the same things in different ways, all that bs. I just don’t want to sort through all of that, and I want to know if you guys got any you can recommend.

Looking to build strength and gain mass at same time
Willing to workout for more than 3 hours a day
Willing to do full body exercises everyday
Willing to workout 6x a week

would a full body workout be best to start with or use the basic exercises 3 times a week?any help apreciated thannkyou

Also, how many reps for beginners is good? And after how long before I increase reps?
