I want to add weight training into my boxing training; I only plan on designating 1 day a week for weight training. I want a complete body workout (upper body, core, legs). What workouts should I do for each section (all workout machines are available to me)? I do not want to use a barbell; I prefer controlled weights, dumbells, and the machines. Serious answers are well appreciated. Thanks
I want to loose about 5-10 lbs. I am doing a workout on a running machine at home every day for 20 mins. It’s called runner’s choice (it’s programmed in the running machine). Its a weight-loss program but I don’t really work up a sweat when I do it. Will I loose weight if I continue to do it every day?
I do a lot of cardio, out my weight loss stop a while ago. Do you think adding weights or strength training of some sorts will boost weight loss? I switch up my cardio alot, so I don’t think my body is just used to my cardio routine.

I’m trying to start a good workout program that I can stick with. I have a jump rope, a bicycle, and cardio dance for cardio workouts that I was going to alternate throughout the week. Plus, I have those elastic bands (never used, granted) that I have a video for to do strength/resistance training, and I was planning to do yoga and/or pilates twice a week… and I really want to know if this is a great exercise program to help lose the weight and tone muscle.
