I would like weightlifting workouts focussed on bodybuilding, for bulk and mass, primarily, without all the “mass media hype”. You know, just natural workout programs. I admire Jack Lalanne’s philosophy of “pride and disciple”. Any workouts that range from a “3 days a week” up to a “6 days a week” program.

The past year I’ve put on weight and lost most of my muscle to atrophy. I’m looking to whip myself back into shape again. But it’s been a while and I need to relearn some basics. I’ve gotten pretty weak, so should I start with endurance training (like 15-20 reps), or strength training (8-10 reps) ?
