			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With anything worthwhile in life there is always hard work involved, but with the right targeted work you can often speed up the process!  So many people these days are craving a chiseled abdominal area, but few actually get one.  Why?  <br/><br/>One reason this is one of the most sought after part of the body to work out is that it is one that is the least seen out there.  It is not that people can&#8217;t get that chiseled look, but more so that they don&#8217;t know how to, or think that it is too difficult.  <br/><br/>What many don&#8217;t realize is that diet plays a vital part in the process.  If you refuse to change your diet then you may get a nice six pack &#8220;cage&#8221; but it won&#8217;t be visible due to the fat that&#8217;s going to be hiding it.  One of the places the body likes to store fat is in the abdominal area! <br/><br/>Others realize that the diet is necessary but are unwilling to change their diet.  Those that choose to do so become the chsld elite and get all the fame of a sexy looking ab workout.  If you&#8217;ve been fighting the diet program, or simply don&#8217;t know what it is then you should ask yourself.  Is it worth it to try it for 90 days just to see what it would look and feel like? How people would react? How it could change your love life? Sure it is.  One thing that makes the six pack workout so powerful is that people know that it&#8217;s not easy to obtain and just like money makes people look hard working, so does abs that are chiseled! <br/><br/>You can get the diet, the workouts, and everything you need to get going online.  There are some great eBooks that cover everything you need in a very focused, no nonsense sort of way.  They break down not only what to eat but why, how to exercise and what it&#8217;s working, and how to get faster results.  <br/><br/><br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey everyone,  Happy Motivational Monday &#038; welcome to the official JUNGLE FITNESS Orange County Personal Trainer Blog!  Today, we&#8217;re here to discuss on ways to motivate you to workout in the &#8220;am&#8221; and/or on the weekend.  <br/><br/>Even if you love to exercise, it can be difficult to get out of the bed in the morning to workout.  However, most experts agree that the best time of day to exercise, in order to ensure that you do so, and also in order to gain the most benefits, is early morning.  So, consider the following motivation tips for early morning workouts.  <br/><br/>1.  Take a class.  Many gyms offer a number of classes you can take, some starting as early as 5 am.  So if you need to workout early in the morning and you find it difficult to pull yourself out of bed, pay for a class or enroll in one.  The obligation to follow through, and the fact that you paid for it, will often be just the motivation you need to get out of bed and to the gym.  <br/><br/>2.  Find a friend.  One of the best tips for getting motivated to get out the door for an early morning workout is to have a friend to work out with.  If you are planning to meet them, you are less likely to let them down, which means you are more likely to go and workout.  While most people will not let a friend down, if they promise themselves to go workout, they have no problem letting themselves down.  So find someone who enjoys the same kind of exercise who is willing to commit to meeting you to workout each morning.   <br/><br/>3.  Do something fun.  Since there are a million ways to get exercise, don&#8217;t do something you don&#8217;t enjoy.  If you hate being in the gym, then don&#8217;t hit the gym.  Instead find a mountain trail to run, a pool to swim in or a path to bike or hike.  If you don&#8217;t like feeling like you&#8217;re working out, consider playing basketball or participating in some other sport that still requires you to move so you&#8217;re getting a workout without exercising, per se.  If you need something structured, consider buying P90X or something similar so that you have instruction.  Find something you love and do it!  <br/><br/>4.  Set an alarm.  You will never get out the door for an early morning workout if you do not set an alarm to get you up in the morning.  However, it is easy to set a snooze button, so try and disable it, or find a way to not push it.  For example, set an alarm and put it across the room so that you actually have to get out of bed to turn it off.   <br/><br/>5.  Pay attention to the benefits of getting an early morning workout.  Working out helps you sleep better, it increases energy and decreases your appetite, among other benefits.  If you work out in the morning, you will burn more calories all day long.  You will find that your energy is better, and you are happier all day long.   <br/><br/>(quoted from: surfnetparents. com) <br/><br/>1) Reward yourself.  Exactly what I said.   Whatever you think you deserve.  <br/><br/>2) Set up a punishment for missing workouts.   You need good self-control for this.   Although, if you had good self control, you wouldn&#8217;t miss the workout.   However, do something to punish yourself, so YOU won&#8217;t miss it again.  <br/><br/>3) Review your goals everyday and every night.   Keeping your goals fresh in your mind will help you stay on track.  <br/><br/>4) Realize that the hardest part of the workout is often getting your butt to the gym.  Once you get 5 minutes into the workout, you will be over the hump.  So tell yourself, &#8220;I&#8217;ll just go in and do 1 set of the first 2 exercises, then I can go&#8221;.  Next thing you know, you&#8217;ll have done the entire workout.  <br/><br/>5) Crank the tunes.  Seriously, nothing motivates like music.  <br/><br/>6) Get social support.   If you have a workout partner, you&#8217;ll feel like crap if you let them down.  Or become accountable to everyone in the Turbulence Training workout forums…if you don&#8217;t post your workouts, they&#8217;ll track you down and demand to know why you&#8217;ve fallen off track! What it means is that you have to take into consideration of your body type and genes, and how your metabolism rate is like when determining your workout routine as well as your muscle building diet.  Following blindly without being able to improvise and improve will be as effective as compared to body building workouts just for you.  <br/><br/>One common mistake that most people made when building muscles is that they do not measure often enough and they do not listen to what their very own body is telling them.  If the workout program is not bringing you closer to your goals, why bother sticking to it? <br/><br/>Instead, what one should do is to have a workout program and try it for a week or two and see if it’s suitable or not.  If the program promises to help you gain a pound a week and it did not, then obviously you need to evaluate the effectiveness of it.  If you start experiencing muscle mass loss instead of gain, stop the program immediately and find out exactly what went wrong.  <br/><br/>Below are some tips for you when developing your body building workout to maximise every effort and time you put in your gym.  If a program tells you that doing half reps will be enough, do not believe it! When building muscles, you have to endure the pain of muscle tearing, because this is a natural process.  Always do a full rep even if it pushes your limit and pain barrier.  Train to failure is often the way to go, however remember not to put yourself in an overtrained state, as this will undo your previous effort.  Allow enough time for your body to rest and recuperate, only then your body will have the chance to repair those torn muscles and replace them with stronger and firmer ones.  <br/><br/>If one of your goals is to shred the excess body fat percentage, opt for aerobic exercises rather than anaerobic ones.  The difference between the both is that aerobic burn fats while anaerobic burns sugar.  Cardiovascular exercises are aerobic exercises while lifting weight is considered to be anaerobic because you run out of breath when you lift weights.  This is important for burning fats because if it only burns sugar, you will never get to shred fats and achieve the body fat percentage that you desire.  One of the most important tips you’ll hear regarding body building workout is your form.  This is certainly true as the correct exercise form will promote proper muscle growth.  Do not fall for the trap of performing each exercise hastily just to get by the repetition.  While performing each rep, you need to contract the muscles that it’s supposed to, anything else will not be good enough for muscle growth.  <br/><br/>With a controlled, smooth motion, you will find your workout session to be more productive and effective in muscle gaining.  Aside from that, you’ll also reduce the risk of injuries due to improper exercise form.  <br/><br/>Throughout your muscle growth goals, there are bound to be times when you just want to quit altogether especially if you do not see immediate results.  Don’t give up just yet because body building is not a sprint to the finish line, follow your body building workout and improve on your strengths and weaknesses you see fit.  With a proper muscle gaining diet, work out routines, as well as enough time to rest, you’ll get that dream body that you wanted faster.  <br/><br/></p>
