I just starting kickboxing about a month ago but I am very bad at eating healthy. I want to lose weight but I don’t know if I am cancelling out my workout by eating poorly. I don’t want to be wasting my time. If I workout 4-5 times a week will I lose weight if I eat poorly and if not what is a good easy diet to follow. I want to get toned by summer. Thanks.

bodybuilding.muscle-building-exercises.com An ideal bodybuilder workout should not only make the muscles bigger but will help you maintain their size afterwards. We all heard it before; bodybuilding has several advantages over different forms of exercises. Bodybuilders aim to lose fat and gain muscle. The focus is to build the body muscles up to a degree that the body can accommodate. This requires determination and patience. You need to know some basic things if you are serious about getting the most out of your bodybuilding exercises. There are three common stages of bodybuilding where one will be most likely to quit: the uphill battle, the plateau, and the downhill roll. You should be very vigilant during these times. The uphill battle The uphill battle is the initial stage of muscle building workouts. The first thing you must do is to trim down fat initially by engaging in cardiovascular exercises such as: brisk walking, jogging, dancing, and the like. This is usually the hardest part. For persons who are at their ideal weight to begin with, this stage is still difficult because the results are not yet apparent. In addition, this period entails muscle soreness. Incorporate lifestyle and diet changes as early as this stage.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but i’ll try. They say your suppose to cycle off creatine 6 week before your contest. With all the requirements on your diet while trying to drop bf. Low carb diet etc, curious to see if it would be okay to take preworkout drink until contest day for energy for my workout. Wasn’t sure, because I know most preworkout drink have some sorta of creatine ingredient to keep you pump. Anyone????
