    Fantastic explosive and worth while routine. I love my intensity after doing this 2 times a day for five days. I’ve implemented this routine into my training regiment. Not taking away from road work. Running and 4min. of hell makes me feel acomplished for the day.

    hey jeff i bought athleanx, but im waiting to finish this 12 week transformation before i do it. during my program, i train chest/tris monday, back/bis/calves wednesday, and shoulders/legs friday. i do ab exercises at average 5 times a week and try not to do any cardio so i can build muscle. would i be able to do this workout on tuesdays and thursdays? or be able to fit it in for the last 2 weeks of my transformation?

    are you right handed… i think you are, the ’sunrise sunset’ looked like you were really straining with your right hand/arm, where as your left was just supporting it.

    @JDCav24 nice videos man , i do my own type of 300 workout with only bodyweight exricese i am doing 1 set of 300 , mon , wed and fri i might knock it up to 3 sets mon wed and fri , is this good conditioning for fighting and getting a six pack ?
