-Weightlifting stunts growth
-Eating after 7 p.m. makes you fat
-Too many eggs will increase cholesterol
-Less weight and more reps will tone
-Carbohydrates are the enemy
-You can reduce body fat in a specific area of the body
-You can reduce body fat while putting on muscle mass
-If your BMI is too high you are fat
-If you aren&#039;t sore you didn&#039;t get a good workout
-Cardio increases muscle mass
-You can eat junk food and work off the calories, and you will still be healthy
-Swimming is the best cardio exercise
-To get abs you should do crunches and situps
-Females will get bulky if the start weightlifting
