Day 18. Insanity is awesome. I really get more and more into these workouts each day. The upper body weighted workout is a nice change up to the standard Insanity workout, but the mere fact that it is also cardio based is AWESOME. A great addition to any workout program and definitely to Insanity.

    Actually, you should NOT substitute Core Cardio and Balance with Max Interval Sports Training during the Recovery Week. Your body needs that week to rest. Max Interval Sports Training is to be substituted in during “Month 2″ of Insanity wherever “Core Cardio and Balance” shows up on the calendar.
